Return policy

All sales are final because part of the profits is given back to non-profit organization. There are no exchanges and no refunds.

Order processing

Every order is processed with 2-3 business days. The delivery time depends on the recipient’s address and can generally take up to 5-7 business days. Please note that any orders received during the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the following business day.

Shipping

Free shipping for any order over $65 before taxes. For an order below $65, the shipping fee depends on the shipment’s weight and size and recipient’s address.

We are a company with ecological awareness. All packages will be sent out without overpacking with shipping supplies. This is how we play our part in helping the planet.
